Praising God that all $6000 for Shakira's heart surgery has been raised, plus an additional $2000 for another little girl from New Hope who needs a heart surgery as well. God is good!!! THANK YOU for any of you who contributed to help us save this little girl's life! Her surgery is set for November, 20!

We may not have a physical hole in our heart like Shakirah, but we all have a hole in our hearts that only God can fill. It is our family's prayer that each of you will find that inner longing filled by Christ alone. It is that deep yearning for significance, acceptance, belonging that we each have. Only true peace, true joy, true love and ultimate satisfaction can be found in Him! Money can fix the physical hole in little Shakira's heart, but we are praying that she will someday understand God as the ultimate Healer we all need and search for. Only He can fix our hurting hearts and satisfy our unfulfilled souls.
