About Us

My photo
We make intentional lifestyle choices to use the abundance God has given us here in the U.S., so that we can give to those less fortunate than us in 3rd world countries. We want others to see the difference as Jesus, not us. We are all sinners in need of a savior. We are NOTHING without Jesus! Everything we have comes from Him and it is such a blessing to share it!

A Day on the Farm

We spent the day with one of our older sons who works at New Hope's Enterprise Farm. He is the one going to college to be a vet.
We dug holes to repair a section of the fence:
Jonas dug so hard he broke off the top of the hoe:
He also chopped one of the new posts with a machete:
Alea & I painted oil on the ends that went into the ground so that the termites won't eat the wood (which is the whole reason we were having to replace the posts):
We also trekked through the brush to trim overgrowth around some baby trees they had planted.
Of course we had to stop and pick mangos on the way back:
(Look at the size of those things!!!!)
(Farm hand beauty!)
