VBS

Children's outreach is at the heart of all our mission trips and VBS (Vacation Bible School) is our specialty.  The African school year runs from Feb-Nov with their long break over the Christmas holiday.  So they are not on "vacation" but VBS is the word they use to recognize these kinds of outreach.

crafts....

{All ages enjoy even the simplest of crafts! It is a treat for them for them to work with scissors and glue).

We try to teach them simple games that don't involve many props or equipment that they can play on their own in the school yard, using rocks, for example, instead of cones).

The teachers & students alike are so grateful for a break in the routine and the chance to learn new songs, games & crafts but most importantly valuable lessons from God's Word.
