We make intentional lifestyle choices to use the abundance God has given us here in the U.S., so that we can give to those less fortunate than us in 3rd world countries. We want others to see the difference as Jesus, not us. We are all sinners in need of a savior. We are NOTHING without Jesus! Everything we have comes from Him and it is such a blessing to share it!

Samuel the Artist

This is the boy we used to sponsor at Raila Educational Center. He still calls us his sponsor, and even though we aren't officially sponsoring him anymore, we still pray for him and the bond is still there.

We never knew he was an artist! He said he painted these pictures for us, waiting for us to come back someday! We are going to frame them when we get home!
Crafts from Kids Club....
The gifts we gave him (along with the cap in the first picture)....
(He had given Jonas a cap and a Bible when we were here 2 yrs ago, 
so we "replaced" them with new ones)

This time he gave Alea & I both necklaces, and Jonas a DVD of "Lion King"
So generous and kind to give out of what little he has!
