The students at Kasana Children's Center say a hearty "Webale Nyu" (Thank you very much) to all the staff, students, and student council members from Joey's and Ally's mom's school who helped raise money buy buying homemade crayons, suckers, and bracelets so we could purchase over 300 books for their library!
At the end of our week of VBS & Story Time, we made a formal presentation of all the donations during an all-school assembly.
We also donated the sports equipment we used for VBS games as well as all our leftover craft supplies, all the song lyrics, posters, CDs, and even Little Lamb (the puppet)! They were thrilled!
