Oh Happy Day!

What started out as a long paper chain, hanging down and piled on the floor, is now down to one final link (which of course the kids are fighting over who gets to rip it off before we go out the door)!  For over a month now, it has served as a visual reminder of the tremendous opportunity God has laid before us.  JOY and GRATITUDE are the two words that have been resounding over and over in my head this past week. Our hearts are so completely overwhelmed.....overwhelmed with gratitude that God would deem our family worthy of making this trip, overwhelmed with love from the outpouring of support and encouragement from all of our family and friends, overwhelmed with joy that we finally get to meet our 10 kids, overwhelmed with excitement for all the many ways we will get to see God working in Africa!!!!
