2 years ago we led a team from Calvary Community Church to Musana Camp and our week-long task was to clear the beach of all shrubbery and undergrowth, level the ground (which involved chopping roots with machetes), rake the dirt and plant row after row of grass (planted individual plugs). The grass is very hardy and has shoots that spread. We were sooo excited to see our hard work had paid off and the grass was now plush, full & solid green.
