THANK YOU Lana Sinclair for collecting all the scrubs to donate! And thank you to each of her colleagues who gave so generously! They went to 3 different hospitals.
1. Keewoko Hospital where one of our older sons works as a lab tech.
They were a HUGE hit among his colleagues!
They had so much fun trying different ones on and the girls were loving all the pretty patterns!!!There was a friend off duty that he wanted to make sure got one, so we walked to the staff housing (where he also lives in a small apt near the hospital) so she could pick one out. You can see her excitement after she tried one on: He donated the rest to the Pediatric ward....he said the printed scrubs are really popular there.
2. Mengo AIDS Clinic (see earlier post for more details).
3. The teaching hospital where one of our older sons is going to med school:
