They gave up their "benches" for us to sit on! So sweet!
After the game, the whole team came up to greet us each one by one. The coach works for Micah & Grace, and we can see the field from the balcony of their guesthouse.

Uganda Soccer
Our team arrived on 4th of July. It is so great to have good friends from our home church in WI here to serve alongside! The first thing we did was take in a local futball game.A good ole fashioned game of shirts vs skins. It's always amazing to watch them play barefoot, in flip flops or mis-matched socks!The game had to be stopped when 2 baby goats ran across the field! Guess which little mzungu boy was trying to pet them and they ran off?
